DWC Return Policy
Returns of acceptable items must be made within 30 days of the shipping date from DWC. Please note that refunds do not include the cost of shipping merchandise back to DWC. All return orders more than $100.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your refund from the time your products are received.
Items cannot be returned to the Retail locations for credit. Retail locations do not have access to your Payment or Order information.
Items must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted for return – no exceptions:
- Regular in-stock merchandise
- New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
- Shoes – new condition, no sign of wear on soles
- Must be returned by inserting the original shoebox and/or bag in a mailing container
- Shoes shipped in shoebox only will be charged a $5.00 replacement fee
The following are final-sale items, and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances: tights, undergarments, to-order merchandise, special-order merchandise, clearance merchandise, books, CDs and DVDs.
Other items that will not be accepted for return:
- Those sent back to DWC without a Return Authorization number
- Those sent back to DWC after the 30-day return period

Return / Exchange Process
To return or exchange merchandise by mail, please click on either the return form link above or the exchange form link below and complete the forms online or contact DWC Customer Service for a Return Authorization number.
Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, you have 15 days for the merchandise to arrive at our facility. No returns will be honored after the 15 day timeframe.
DWC is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using Fedex or UPS.
Returns cannot be made in person at our retail locations. No refunds will be given as the Retail locations do not have access to your Payment or Order information.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of shipment. There is a reshipment charge of $5.00 plus any difference in price on returned items (U.S. Only). International exchanges will be charged actual shipping cost. Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and require additional shipping charges. Customer must pay for shipping to send merchandise to be exchanged to DWC. Your exchanged item will not be sent until DWC receives your original item and form of payment for reshipment charge. If you require faster shipping, we can charge you for the exchange item, and refund its cost upon receipt of your original item.
If you require more than one exchange on the same order, you will be required to pay for all shipping costs on additional exchanges including the reshipment charge.
Items cannot be exchanged in our Retail locations as the Retail locations do not have access to your Payment or Order information. All Internet exchanges need to be processed through the Internet Customer Service.
